We, as Dream Team Mastery Iberia coaches, commit, so we can reach our goals, to:
- Y1 – INDIVIDUAL LEARNING
Demand to ourselves at least what we demand to our teams (taking into account each one’s context): LC (4 / year), Reading Plan (1 / year), Book Points (20 books) and Learning Diary + Reflection Papers ( 1/ team + 2 / year), Training Sessions ( 1 / week or 1 / 2 weeks ).
- Y2 – TEAM LEARNING
Dialogue for sharing in TEAM (3 / year) , COMPANY (3 / year) , INDIVIDUAL (3 / year) and OPEN ( 3/ year) experiences.
WE WILL GATHER EVERY FIRST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH
(+ physicial prove that we have been + uploaded to blog)
So we create an environment of TRUST. We will not to talk ONLY about projects, but also about our lives, and do something differefent (SPA / Risoterapia / Beers / …).
We need to have shared projects: shared team coaching projects (each has to be sharing at least, with somebody else). => and making a Business + Learning use of the network & community: MTA / TALN / Partners. ( 2 projects / year)
Have ONE MOTOROLA of our TEAM COACHING ACTION, at least ONCE A MONTH. Shared in the DIALOGUE session of the month about the topic of the dialogue.
The Bottom Line will be these indicators (next checkpoint will be on christmas, through the average: 3 Dialogue, 4 Shared Projects, 3 Motorola TC, 1 LC, 1 RP, 5 Books, 6 TS … )
